STC Medical factory trained team of in-house service technicians provide servicing of equipment during the defect liability period, after which, service contracts can be arranged to suit the individual client's requirements.

The Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA) includes planned preventative routine checks as well as emergency services.

STC offers a comprehensive preventive maintenance service contract, which is available on a yearly term. The plan indicates the frequency of regular inspection activity as required in accordance with the client requirements. Our routine inspection, as per our standard contract terms, include the following:

- Fuctional testing of the equipment and components.
- Lubrication where required,
- Adjustment, fine-tuning and minor repairs.

After carrying out a thorough functionality test, our technicians will supply an objective assessment and status report of the machines and components inspected. A preventive maintenance plan allows you to stay ahead of unexpected interruptions due to potential equipment faults.
